This slim 2GB mp3 player fits into your pocket and multitasks as a voice recorder. With the included USB cable, you can easily transfer files to and from your computer, and the audio cable allows you to play your music on any audio system with a 3.5mm input jack. The package also includes a microphone and stereo earphones, a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable, as well as an adapter with two RJ11 jacks to record land-line telephone calls (laws governing phone recordings vary by state, check with your local regulations before recording any phone calls!), and instruction sheet.

This review is from: 2GB Digital Voice Recorder + MP3 Player (Electronics) First off, it comes with no manual or any sort of documentation, which can make it difficult to figure out how to use it, but nothing a half hour of fiddling wouldn't solve, but I have the feeling that there are features I missing because of it.
The voice recording quality is pretty poor. While it has no problems picking up voices, they sound muffled, but are still very understandable. I bought this voice recorder hoping to use it as a way to record audio for video recordings, but it is simply not good enough to use for that. However, I do think it's more than adequate for recording quick thoughts for writing down later. The MP3 player is pretty good, very simple and to the point, and the sound quality sounds very good to me. I'll probably end up using this more as an MP3 player than I will as a voice recorder. Connecting it to your computer is very easy, just plug in the standard mini-USB cable that comes with it to your computer and it shows...Read more |
