With the IC-DP200 IC Recorder, Aiwa has designed a fully digital device incorporating two handy products -- an IC recorder and digital camera -- in one compact unit. With the IC-DP200, users can record images as well as voice and sound. The focus-free, 0.31 megapixel camera takes low-resolution images prefect for shooting quick, visual reminders. Both the recordings and images are stored as digital data in this single device. The data can then be easily transferred and edited on a PC via the built-in USB connection. This recorder is extremely convenient for people who need to an accurate record of a business trip, interview, exhibition, or lecture, using both digital sound and images.

The built-in 16 megabyte memory uses a high-capacity IC chip. This technology allows you to record over old messages again and again with distortion free clarity. The IC-DP200 offers an impressive range of features, such as a maximum of 260 minutes of digital sound recording or 200 images and a recording format (G.729) that is noise tolerant and ideal for LP mode recording. The supplied kit for connecting to PC (USB cable, PC link software) makes file transfer a breeze and the dual-file system allows sound to be recorded in either one of the two files (up to 100 message per file) according to contents. All this in a compact design that delivers excellent portability and functionality in the same tiny package.
