Was very impressed with delivery within a few days and everything seemed to work perfectly for the first few days, however the foot pedal became nonfunctional and had to use foot pedal from a previous transcriber in order to use it. Was a big disappointment. Will try it again soon to see if it is a temporary problem or a permanent one. The main unit (transcriber) seems to be working fine, which was what mattered to me as I use it all the time as a self-employed secretary. Was glad to get it so soon after placing my order. The price was also reasonable for a used machine.
