Comment: It does everything I need it to and more. It looks horrible, but it is not a fashion accessory it is a recording device. It is actually a fine little gadget. Buy one you won't be sorry. I'm not.

Comment: This is a great little digital recorder. My father has used it for recording his weekly radio broadcast. I have used it for recording narrations for presentations and projects I have been working on. I have also used it to record concerts and performances. The quality of the sound is amazing. It is records clear true sound. The SD format allows easy editing either with the cable supplied or by popping the SD card out of the unit and into the card reader on my laptop. For the price, and with all the accessories that come included at no extra charge, this unit is the best in its class.

Comment: My son is in the band at church. I don't get to listen to them except at church so I bought this to get a good recording of them playing. It probably would record it good but not for me. Too many options and functions. I ended up giving it to my son. He finally got it to work right but only after Sunday after Sunday after Sunday of recording. If you just want a recording of music don't buy this. If you want to record professionally this would work but it is not for the non-techy person.

Comment: As an Actress and voice over talent, I highly recommend the Zoom H2. It is a great way to achieve good quality for an affordable price and it works easily with Garageband. The Zoom h2 makes it easy to record VO audition pieces and send them back to casting directors or agent. or achieve good quality sound to link with video for shooting.

Comment: This device was recommended by a podcaster who uses it. It's small and light but portable and has a better sound that some mics I've tried. Content is easily downloaded into editing software. Highly recommended for any kind of quality recording.
